Traditional European Naturopathy (TEN)

Natural Medicine TEN – The European Naturopathic Tradition

Traditional European Naturopathy (Naturheilkunde TEN) offers holistic care deeply rooted in centuries of European healing wisdom and the foundational principles of Humoral Medicine (Humoralmedizin). It complements conventional medicine by supporting both prevention and recovery—helping you restore internal balance, resilience, and vitality.

At Sanapurna Med, we practise TEN as a complete medical approach rather than a collection of wellness add-ons. It is particularly effective for chronic, recurring, and complex health conditions that sit at the edge of conventional medicine's reach.
