Complementary Therapist OdAKT
Trained in nutrition, manual therapies, Ayurveda and Western medicine in Germany, Switzerland, and India. Combining traditional Ayurvedic knowledge with a contemporary understanding of the body, nutrition, and health.
I work with and on the body through touch and movement, as well as with breath and energy-based practices. My work is informed by additional training in Yoga Nidra and Yin Yoga, certified by Yoga Alliance. I integrate these methods to support regeneration, nervous system balance and mindful body awareness.

What matters to me in my work
"For me, Ayurveda is not a lifestyle trend, but a precise medical system with more than three thousand years of experience. What inspires me: it looks at people in their constitution, in their rhythm of life, in their relationships – and gives them concrete, practical tools for everyday life."
"What matters to me in my work: that my recommendations are doable. I don't hand over lists with thirty rules. I hand over three or four changes – the right ones for your specific situation. And I'm open when something doesn't work. We adapt it together until it holds."
