The services currently available are those displayed on the relevant Sanapurna website or communicated at the Sanapurna studio.

Unlimited Memberships: An unlimited membership, or Abo, permits participation in eligible classes for the duration stated at the time of purchase.
Bookings may be made online or directly through the Sanapurna studio, depending on the particular service.
Any event-specific concession or promotional rate is subject to the conditions communicated for that event.
Where an identification document is required to qualify for a particular rate, valid proof of eligibility must be provided.
3. Online Class Reservation
Sanapurna provides an online reservation facility to help members secure a place in scheduled classes. Although members may sometimes attend without making a prior reservation, advance booking is recommended because class capacity may be limited.
3.1 Using the Reservation Platform
- Members with an active package or pass: Members holding a valid class package or unlimited pass may create their personal login credentials and use the online system to reserve classes.
- Members without an active package: A person may create an account without first purchasing a pass; however, reservations can only be made after the applicable class package or pass has been purchased.
- New members: New clients who have not yet established access to the online booking system should contact Sanapurna by email at hello@sanapurna.ch to arrange their class reservation.
3.2 Booking Conditions
- Classes may generally be reserved as early as one month before the scheduled class.
- Online reservations remain available until approximately one hour before the class begins.
- When a class has reached capacity, eligible members may join the online waiting list.
- If a place becomes available, the system will send an automatic notification to the relevant person on the waiting list.
- Members who know they cannot attend a reserved class should cancel their booking as early as possible so that the place can be offered to another client.
Members may attend without a reservation where places are available. In such circumstances, arriving at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start is recommended, particularly for evening and weekend sessions. A walk-in attendance cannot be guaranteed because available places depend on the capacity of each class.
